With regard to transmissions and gears, we calculate all gear forces, using state of the art software. This results in a perfectly designed drive-system, of which all desired forces, speeds and lifespan have been fully calculated.
Quality checks
One of the checks not possible to execute Manually without Digitization, is: Surface Comparison - the fastest and also one of the most powerful controls, that illustrate perfectly the range of deviations.
Knowing this informations is crucial to take better conclusions and responds.
Elements assembly check
Digitization allow us to run a series of operations that either are not possible to make with traditional techniques, or manually are very time consuming and not so precise. Example: scanned machine parts showed range of geometric imperfections!
Report was used for required corrections, then second revision was runned to check the results.
Best-fit operations are very useful in situations when is all about precision! Example:Preparation of casted part to 5 axis CNC milling. This technique saves time needed for positioning model into machine.
It is also more precise than a manual installation, and often prevent from mistakes before is too late.
Overloaded truck inspection
Problem: Truck was overloaded. This occurred in bended frame - one of the tire was getting constantly torn. Time: ~2 hours Solution:Used fast photogrammetry to rebuild geometry of the frame.
Report of the deviations with illustrated values and vectors allow for better understanding the damages and speed up the repair.
